The tracking code is available once you have completed the order and the product has been picked up by the courier company.
The tracking link will also be shared on the email registered with us once the order is shipped.
Depending on your location the parcel is delivered within 2 – 7 working days.
We ship via Bluedart, Delhivery, ExpressBees, and Ecom Express.
Return can be made under wrong product delivery, manufacturing defect, defective product delivered, and physical damage.
In order to get a refund for any kind of defects, make sure you make a video of the received product while opening the plastic sealed packet within 48 hours of the delivery.
For eg. If you claim that your shipment was opened while in the shipped state or you receive a broken product, defective item, or open packet, you need to make a video while receiving the packet from the delivery man and while you are opening the packet so that we can show/claim/prove it to the courier company or the vendor for the loss you have suffered.
In case you are unable to make a video while receiving the packet or while opening the packet. We won’t be able to provide you exchange/refund for cases like the product broken during transit. So, Without video, under any circumstances, Kharedoo online will not attend/entertain any kind of return requests.
In case you provided an Incorrect number or address or your no remains switched off and the product was returned. The amount that shall be refunded to you shall be Rs. 140 less from your total amount. As the shipping charges for sending and receiving the parcel shall be borne by you.
If the customer does not like the product and wishes to return it in order for a refund. Courier charges will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.
Here If you are within Maharashtra then pickup ( Rs.50 ) and initial shipping charges ( Rs.50 ) shall be deducted which shall be Rs. 100.
If you are outside Maharashtra then pickup ( Rs.70 ) and initial shipping charges ( Rs.70 ) shall be deducted which shall be Rs. 140.

The above return requests must be made within 2 days after your product is delivered to you. Beyond that Kharedoo online will not attend/entertain any kind of return requests.
We ship our products in the proper box and it’s sealed and packed with plastic. If you receive a Parcel in unsealed condition or with extreme damage. Don’t accept the parcel and call us. As it is not possible for us to refund or exchange if you accepted such an Order.
Products like tempered glass are not returnable due to the nature of the product. As once it is applied it becomes useless.
FOR COD ORDERS
For cod, there are extra charges of Rs. 50 which is non-refundable. As this amount is taken by the courier.
If you wish to cancel any order, please contact our Customer Support team by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) mail to function and let us know the reason for it.
Note transaction charges ( Payment gateway charges ) which are 2.5% of the amount paid plus Gst shall be removed and the net amount shall be paid. This amount is taken from the payment gateway. So this amount shall not be refunded.
It is not possible to cancel the shipment once the order is shipped.
If you want to cancel the order after shipment, Charges of Rs 140 shall be deducted and rest amount shall be refunded.
(a) Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
(b) If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
(c) Once the order is canceled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
How long will it take to process a cancellation request?
Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take a maximum of 48 hours to cancel the order and depends on the day and time the order was placed.
(a) If the cancellation is requested on the same day before 6.30 pm, the order is canceled on the same day, and a refund is initiated.
(b) if the cancellation is requested after 6.30 pm, the order will be canceled the next day and a refund requested the same day.
(c) If the cancellation is requested on weekends (i.e. Saturday/ Sunday) or on public holidays the order will be canceled on the next working day and a refund requested accordingly.
(d) In case your order has been “Shipped", we may take your cancellation request; however, we shall be able to process a refund once we receive the canceled items back from the courier. In this case courier charges( both shipping and return) to be Bourne by the customer.
Why Kharedoo online Cancelled the Order?
Your order can be canceled due to any of the below reasons:
- Technical issues related to pricing information.
- Non-availability of the product(s).
- Payment problem identified by the Fraud

Replacement & Exchanges:
Kharedoo online does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns, customers have the following two options – Get an equivalent amount as

In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Kharedoo online would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.

Kindly raise your complaint within 3 days.
